We are a real estate solutions company located in Longview, TX that specializes in real estate investing, and private money borrowing, lending, and/or brokering. We invest Private Money in non-owner-occupied real estate.
We are not all Real Estate Brokers nor Bankers, so we are more interested in you and your project than we are in a bunch of rules and regulations that don’t really guarantee success. We base our decisions upon your experience level, our relationship with you and the perceived risk of the deal.
